- Involves all aspects of a project from start to finish (Space Utilization studies, space planning, budget proposal, design, Project management, Installations, Move Management, up until handover)
- Will also Include feasibility studies if required.

Project and Design Management
- Entails panning, Managing and execution of a specific project as well as Design – will form part of Design team, either as principal agent/designer or client’s preferred design team to assist with overseeing the overall design and ensure that the clients needs are met within the required budget and timeline.
- Will also Include feasibility studies if required.

Design and Build
- Consists of Space Utilization studies, space planning, design, Project management, Installations.
- White/Greybox services also available as part of the delapse when a client/tenant leaves a specific space.
- Includes draughting services for clients where required.

Delapse
- White/Greybox services available as part of the reinstatement included in the lease agreement between tenant and Landlord

- Space Utilization studies
- Workplace Satisfaction surveys
- Time in place studies – Physical audits of staff and tasks performed at certain times (provides information on how much space is really required for a specific number of staff in a building)
- Physical layouts prepared based on data and information obtained/supplied.
- Assists with consolidations, expansion, adjacencies, re-stacking of buildings/departents within a specific business or business unit.
- feasibility studies for new and existing spaces.

Space utilization analysis
- Obtain quantitive data to provide companies with evidence to demonstrate how their workspace is being utilized.
- Time in place studies – Physical audits of staff and tasks performed at certain times (provides information on how much space is really required for a specific number of staff in a building)

Move Management
- Managing the Physical relocation process of a client from one space to another whether it is an internal churn, from floor to floor, building to building or in between different cities/provinces.
- Includes generating and supply of required move documentation, onsite supervision, ensure client protocols are followed and enforced.

Feasibility studies
- Assist a specific client/tenant in establishing whether a specific space will meet the client’s requirements and budget

3D scanning of premises
- Assists with generating of As-Built plans for premises, this creates a ‘streetview’ walkthrough.
- Also assists with building maintenance and reporting for remote buildings.
3D Visuals and walkthroughs
- Part of Design where required as part of visual representation for the client
